Delete your Aotomatic account

You can delete your Aotomatic account and its data yourself in the app. If you cannot open the app, send us a request on this page.

Delete in the app

1. Open the Aotomatic app (Android or iPhone) and log in.
2. Open the "Profile" tab at the bottom.
3. Open "Your profile".
4. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

The account is deleted at once and you are signed out.

What is deleted

• Your profile (phone number, name, email, photo).
• Your farms and everything in them: ponds, entries, crops, harvests, tests, costs, alerts and chat history.
• The photos and files you uploaded.
• Your linked Telegram, Zalo or WhatsApp chat accounts.
• Your sign-in record at Google Firebase.

What is kept

• People who joined your farm keep their own accounts. They lose access to the farm you deleted.
• Names of feed, medicine, hatchery or shrimp types that you typed in may stay in the shared lists, without your name on them.
• Information in disease cases that the assistant helped build is separated from your account instead of being kept under your name. It is kept as described in the privacy policy.
• Backups are overwritten after the period in the privacy policy.

Cannot open the app? Send a request

Enter the phone number of the account. Nothing is deleted from this page. We will contact you on that number by SMS or WhatsApp to confirm it is you, and then delete the account.
